Jillian oversees daily operations in both the Answering Service and Client Support Call Centers. Starting her career at Crocker Communications as an operator, Jillian has filled almost every position within the Answering Service during her 14-year tenure with the company.
Jillian finds particular satisfaction in facilitating the discovery of employee talents and skills through empowerment and development—she enjoys helping her staff find and realize their personal potential.
