3. Did You Know...?
If you are having problems downloading email to your computer, you can log in through Crocker Webmail to view large attachments or delete emails that are clogging your incoming email?
Most dialup customers have a hard time downloading large messages. You can work around this by logging into http://crocker.com/webmail.htm and viewing your email on the server with a web browser. You will be able to view and delete emails that may be slowing things down.

4. Recycling Tips
When you’re shopping for new electronics, please consider responsible recycling of the items you are replacing. Many contain lead, mercury and other heavy metals that should not go out in our household trash to be dumped in a landfill.
Sony Corporation has launched a “Take Back My TV” program and has two participating locations in western Massachusetts. You can turn in Sony brand items there with no disposal fee. If Springfield or Chicopee is not convenient for you, we suggest contacting your town DPW to find out about electronic disposal and fees. If your old item is not Sony, you could also try calling the manufacturer. Some companies like Dell will pay for packing and shipping to their recycler.
