Major VoIP Switch Upgrade to be completed on January 14, 2010
On Thursday, January 14, 2010, starting at 12:01 AM EST, Crocker Technicians will be working to complete a major upgrade on our VoIP switch that was initiated on January 7, 2010.
While the technicians are working, VoIP phone services may be unavailable for a maximum of two hours. We appreciate your patience, as the project has taken longer than we originally anticipated. Please understand that this is a major upgrade of software and hardware, necessary in order to maintain reliable service. We apologize for any inconvenience the interruption may cause.
At the conclusion of the upgrade, an updated configuration may be sent to your VoIP phones and cause them to reboot. Your VoIP phones should resume normal functions without any action on your part.
