Our onsite technician has located the source of the service disruption. We have applied a temporary solution that has restored service to the majority of impacted residents. 45 residents remain down until next steps resolution can take place. We are working with the appropriate parties to process next steps and will update once we have more information. There is no ETR, for the remaining residents, at this time.
